It is important that we have accurate and up-to-date information about your medical and dental history so that we can look after you safely.

If you are an existing patient, we update your medical and dental history information annually. This is REALLY important so that we can safely see you.

If you have records from a previous dental practice including x-rays, we can request them on your behalf. To do so we will send you a personalised, secure link to our Request for Dental Records Form.

You can choose to view our Privacy Policy, Patient Rights and Responsibilities Charter or Patient Attendance (Cancellation) Policy.

For your convenience, we accept AfterPay and Zip Pay payment methods.

New Patients

New Patient Comprehensive Examination

At Kingston Beach Dental our New Patient Comprehensive examination is a 1 hour appointment.   We obtain a complete and accurate picture of your oral health needs and will discuss and explain your treatment options with you, in language that you understand.

When you phone the practice to book in your dental visit, our friendly front of house team will send you out a personalised, secure link to our Medical History Form for you to complete prior to your arrival.
