The Principal Dentist and owner is Dr Martyn Sweet. He is a gentle and experienced dentist with considerable experience. He is joined by Associate Dentist Dr Ram Pandey and our caring Oral Health Therapists (hygienist and dental therapist), Hannah Colantoni and Stephanie Gray.
Our team consisting of Felicity, Chloe, Jill, Jessica will greet and look after you when you arrive. Rachel, Alison, Nakara, Kelsie, Pascale, Samantha, Annalise and Maree will care for you during your treatment in the surgery with your dental practitioner. Our Practice Manager (Chloe) and Business Manager (Felicity) complete a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure that things run smoothly and that you have an exceptional patient experience.

Dr Martyn Sweet
Dr Sweet, the Practice Principal, has nearly 20 years experience in private and public practice after graduating from the University of Adelaide.
Dr Sweet is a skilled dentist with a very gentle and reassuring manner, who explains your treatment thoroughly. He is proud of the exceptional service and quality care that has led to Kingston Beach Dental’s excellent reputation in the community.
Dr Sweet recognises that every tooth is part of a smile, and every smile is an important part of the whole person.
In his spare time, Dr Sweet is a keen mountain-biker, enjoys spending time tinkering in his shed as well as travelling. He also loves enjoying outdoor adventures and spending time with his wife and children.
Dr Ram Pandey
B.D.Sc (Hons) Qld
Dr Pandey was born and raised in Canberra and completed his Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours in 2014 at the University of Queensland. He has spent the past few years working in private practice in Canberra.
Dr Ram has a calm and gentle manner and a genuine belief in patient-centred care. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and builds trusting relationships with his patients to establish their treatment goals and requirements to get the best results for them. He is passionate about the need for preventative dentistry to maintain oral health.
In his spare time Ram enjoys relaxing with his partner (also a dentist) and their cat.
He has recently purchased his first home in Tasmania and looks forward to exploring the food and great outdoor opportunities on offer.
Oral Health Therapist
Hannah grew up in a dental practice! In her words “I love teeth”.
Hannah is a dual-trained Therapist and Hygienist. She provides all routine dental treatment for children under 18 years of age including those eligible for Medicare Child Dental. As a hygienist she works with our dentists and checks the gums and soft tissues; cleans the teeth; and provides more specialised oral care and oral hygiene education. Your dentist will do the check-up during your appointment with Hannah.
Hannah has a gentle, caring and consistent approach with the children she treats. She is passionate about oral health education and preventative maintenance for the oral health of adults and children alike.
Hannah loves playing with her dog Gracie when she is not at work.
Felicity is inspired in her role as Practice Manager by her caring colleagues, the patients and the great workplace culture and environment at Kingston Beach Dental.
Creating an exceptional patient experience with the Kingston Beach Dental team is something she is passionate about and proud of. She has a teaching background and enjoys managing people and effective communication when dealing with people who are anxious. Felicity also loves implementing systems and procedures to help the team run the practice well.
Felicity grew up in Hobart and is the mother of two active and adventurous teenagers. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, reading, yoga and writing lists.
